About Paddle Richmond:
At Paddle Richmond we offer a range of stand-up paddleboard and kayak experiences, including lessons, trips, expeditions and adventures. Our base at Richmond Bridge is on one of the safest and most beautiful stretches of the Thames - there’s loads of wildlife, stunning views and secret islands to explore! Our friendly, experienced and fully qualified coaches focus on delivering really fun and safe sessions suited to all abilities, with an emphasis on letting you enjoy the river.

Amount refundable: 93.00% of the ticket price
If your booking is cancelled at least a full 7 days prior to the activity start time you will be entitled to a full refund, less our booking engine / payment provider fees of 7%. You may reschedule your booking at no cost on the first occasion; subsequent reschedules will be subject to a £15 admin fee. If your booking is cancelled between 24 hours and 7 days prior to the activity start time we will issue you with a voucher, valid for 12 months, to allow you to reschedule your booking to another time, subject to availability. We charge a £15 admin fee for rescheduling your session, unless you have taken out the Flexi Reschedule add-on insurance. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the activity start time you will not be entitled to a refund, and you will not be able to reschedule your booking, unless you have taken out the Flexi Reschedule add-on insurance. Note that we still have to pay our staff and booking engine costs if you cancel at the last moment. However if you know someone who could fill your slot, please contact us by email and we’ll try to accommodate them. If we cancel your booking at any time, you will be entitled to either reschedule your booking to another time, or to a full refund.
