- Acknowledge that reviews and profiles may be removed at our discretion if they violate policies.
- Pay any disclosed fees for using the Platform. Usage or booking fees are generally non-refundable.
3.2 Businesses
- Maintain accurate listings, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
- Deliver services as described in your listings and as agreed with Customers.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contracts, and maintain required insurance for your activities.
- Acknowledge that verified Customers may leave reviews about their experiences.
- Only cancel bookings for valid reasons, such as public health emergencies, natural disasters, or business disruptions.
- Fulfill tax obligations under applicable law for income generated through the Platform.
- Acknowledge that Dayzeout may remove inappropriate content, profiles, or listings at our discretion.
- Accept that disputes with Customers are governed by the refund and cancellation terms of the Platform.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings constitute binding agreements between Customers and Businesses.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Dayzeout does not store payment details.
- Fees charged by the Platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Businesses retain the right to refuse service if Customers provide inaccurate booking information.
5. Liability
Dayzeout acts solely as an intermediary connecting Customers with Businesses. We are not responsible for the activities provided by Businesses or any disputes arising from them.
We disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from activities booked through the Platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Engaging in fraudulent bookings.
- Posting unlawful or harmful content.
- Using the Platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior.
